Meg Whitman, the CEO of computer giant Hewlett-Packard, received $17.6 million in cash and stock options last year, according to a proxy file HP made on Monday.

Whitman’s pay was up from her 2012 pay package of roughly $15.4 million.

The Silicon Valley Business Journal reported that Whitman’s pay rose by more than 96 percent in 2013, even though the company recorded a 7 percent sales decline to roughly $112 billion.

Most of her compensation in 2013 is in the form of stock options valued at an estimated $12.7 million, as well as a $4.4 million bonus, according to the proxy.

Hewlett-Packard is the parent company of Plano-based HP Enterprise Services.

Here are other highly-paid HP executives from the filing:

Bill Veghte, ex-COO who took over HP's Enterprise business unit last year., received $15.6 million in cash and options.

Dion Weisler, in charge of HP’s PC and printing business unit, earned $9.2 million, which included options awards worth $3.4 million and a $2.3 million bonus.

Todd Bradley, the former head of the PC and printing unit, got $9.3 million including stock options worth $5.6 million.
