can anyone help me out

i just received a lawyers letter in ref to the enforcement of heiber patents

i am not a remanufacturer  and yet these people want

royalty on remanufactured cartridges that i sell

supposedly because these cartridges are remanufactured using some system that is patented  

IS THIS FOR REAL???????????

and if i was targeted  will everyone else be sooner or later???
